Vacation II

The people of the north are different – from the people down south…

This is the place where you’ll see ladies jogging, pushing a stroller, and talking on the cell phone – all at the same time (and most likely in the rain).

These are the people that don’t take the weather into consideration when planning a trip.

When you’re still wrapped up in your North Face Gore-Tex (Summit Series) jacket, the kids are out throwing snowballs in their t-shirts.

And when the sun finally gets out from its hiding place, the kids jump in the ocean and stay there for two hours because the water is just “SO” warm. How warm I wondered? Eleven degrees Celsius (51 F)…

The people of the north are truly different - and I like it!
